Overview

AI can support research, programming, documentation and brainstorming, but the useful question is whether a workflow produces results that can be checked. This project area is about testing those practical boundaries.

Exploration areas

  • Assisted drafting and editing of technical documentation.
  • Code explanations, small implementation ideas and troubleshooting checklists.
  • Research synthesis from sources that can be reviewed independently.
  • Comparing hosted and local AI interfaces for different types of tasks.

Quality safeguards

Verify commands before running them, especially if they affect hosting accounts or server configuration. Treat suggested API names, versions, file paths and product details as hypotheses until checked. Avoid placing secrets or personal data into prompts or shared screenshots.

Evaluation questions

  • Was the result accurate and reproducible?
  • Did it save time after independent review?
  • What did a human need to correct?
  • Would a simpler non-AI solution be easier to maintain?

Next steps

Publish small case studies with the original task, a summary of the approach, what worked and what required correction. The emphasis is practical learning rather than unverified performance claims.
